Pick sleep audio, background sounds, original sessions, ASMR, guided sleep, podcasts, books, frequencies or colored noises. Adjust the mix before the timer starts.

The redesigned add/edit screen keeps the essentials together: time, repeat dates, alarm sound, challenge, difficulty, sleep sounds and wake-up audio.

Use mazes, fog mazes, tilt, tap, memory, math, motion, light, focus or No Challenge. Choose the language and difficulty that fit each alarm.

Wake-up Check can ask a few minutes later if you are still awake. Advanced options include gentle pre-alert and Apple Watch calming support when available.
