When contacting support, include:
- your device model and iOS version;
- the AMaze Alarm app version;
- a short description of the issue;
- steps to reproduce it;
- screenshots or screen recordings if helpful.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions and billing are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. You can also use the in-app restore purchases option to restore eligible purchases.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, Apple billing support may be required for the final billing resolution.
Quick Help
Alarms are not behaving as expected
- Make sure notifications are allowed for AMaze Alarm.
- Keep your device software up to date.
- Review alarm settings, challenge settings, and sleep-audio settings.
Premium features are locked
- Check whether your subscription is active in Apple settings.
- Use Restore Purchases inside the app.
- Restart the app after restoring if needed.
Sleep audio or widgets look out of sync
- Reopen the app to refresh the latest state.
- Check whether premium content is still available under your current entitlement.
- If the issue persists, contact support with screenshots and the exact scenario.
Sleep Analysis does not show Apple Watch data
- Make sure Apple Health access is allowed for AMaze Alarm.
- Confirm that your Apple Watch has recorded sleep data and that it is visible in the Health app.
- If Health access is denied or unavailable, AMaze Alarm may still show app-based insights from alarms and sleep-audio usage when possible.

- It is not a medical feature and should not be used to diagnose, treat, monitor, or prevent sleep problems or medical conditions.
