1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AMaze Alarm, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If AMaze Alarm is downloaded from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s platform rules and any applicable App Store terms.
2. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AMaze Alarm for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable platform rules.
You may not:
- copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app;
- copy, extract, record, reproduce, redistribute, republish, or otherwise exploit original audio content, premium content, or other protected materials made available through the app except as expressly permitted by law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where expressly allowed by law;
- use the app in a way that interferes with the service, other users, or related systems;
- remove proprietary notices or attempt to bypass feature restrictions, purchase controls, or security mechanisms.
3. AMaze Premium and Subscriptions
AMaze Alarm may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium content or features, including sleep-audio combinations, premium playback modes, premium challenge options, and additional content libraries.
Subscription billing
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Pricing may vary by country or region and is shown in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.
- You can use the in-app restore purchases option to restore eligible entitlements.
Before subscribing, review the current subscription details shown in the app together with our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.
Any free trial or introductory offer, if available, is controlled by Apple and shown in the app at the time of purchase. If no trial or introductory offer is shown in the app, none is being promised here.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AMaze Alarm lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the app to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of others;
- abuse, disrupt, or overload the app or related services;
- access content or features in unauthorized ways;
- misuse support channels, feedback tools, or contact forms.
5. Content, Features, and Availability
Features, content libraries, audio catalogs, challenge modes, and premium offerings may change over time. Certain content may rely on remote delivery, third-party feeds, or external hosting providers and may become unavailable, change, or be removed without prior notice.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, legal, security, technical, editorial, or business reasons.
Ownership of Original Audio Content
All original audio content made available through AMaze Alarm, including but not limited to narrated audio, scripts, recordings, sound design, music selection, editing, sequencing, and curated original productions, is owned by AMaze Alarm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your access to such content is provided under a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable license for use only within the app, subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription or purchase rights.
Except where expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, record, extract, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, republish, upload, transmit, resell, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any original audio content or other protected content made available through AMaze Alarm.
Access to original audio content does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
6. Important Disclaimers
Alarm and timing disclaimer
AMaze Alarm is designed to help users manage alarms and sleep-related routines, but no app can guarantee that every alarm, notification, audio session, hardware behavior, system state, or connectivity condition will operate flawlessly in every circumstance.
Not a medical device
AMaze Alarm is not a medical device. Sleep Analysis and related insights are provided for personal routine awareness only and are not intended as medical advice, clinical sleep tracking, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, cure, or prevention of any disease, condition, or sleep disorder.
Not for emergency or safety-critical use
Do not rely on AMaze Alarm as your only alert for emergencies, critical medication, safety-sensitive duties, or situations where a missed alarm could cause serious harm. Use another reliable backup when timing is critical.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMaze Alarm and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, profits, goodwill, opportunities, or expected outcomes resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or parts of the service if reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, address security issues, or enforce these Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription through Apple if applicable.
9. Governing Framework
These Terms are intended to operate together with applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
