1. Personal license
AMaze Alarm grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules.
The app, website, design, text, trademarks, code and original content remain protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred to you.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for configuring alarms, dates, repeat rules, sounds, challenges, permissions, notifications, device volume, Focus modes, battery state and connectivity as appropriate for your needs.
Test important alarms after changing iOS, device, permissions or app settings. Keep a backup alert whenever failure could cause serious consequences.
3. Not for safety-critical reliance
Do not use AMaze Alarm as the only alert for emergency, medical, safety-critical, legal, financial, travel or other time-sensitive obligations. Software, hardware, system settings and third-party services can fail or be unavailable.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Some content and advanced features require an optional purchase or auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple. Prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds and Family Sharing are governed by the App Store terms shown at purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Features included in Premium may evolve, provided that applicable consumer rights and Apple rules are respected.
5. Content and availability
Weather, news, podcasts, audiobooks, audio sources, Apple Watch features and external services can vary by country, language, device, permission, network, system version and provider availability.
The developer may update, replace, limit or discontinue features and content to improve quality, stability, safety, licensing or compliance.
6. Third-party services
Apple and external content providers operate independently. AMaze Alarm does not control their uptime, accuracy, licensing, privacy practices or content. Use of those services may be subject to separate terms.
7. Sleep and health disclaimer
Sleep Insights, Energy Forecast, sleep debt, breathing context and restlessness-related signals are general personal information, not medical advice or medical-device functions.
Do not use the app to diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent a condition. Seek qualified professional advice for health concerns.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, copy or redistribute protected content without permission, reverse engineer except where the law expressly allows it, or use the service unlawfully.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AMaze Alarm is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every alarm, feature, content source or external service will always be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from missed alarms, device settings, unavailable services, third-party content or use outside the intended scope.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.
11. Apple relationship
If you obtained the app through the App Store, Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting AMaze Alarm except as required by its own terms. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce applicable App Store end-user terms as third-party beneficiaries.
12. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the app at any time. The developer may stop distributing or supporting a version or feature, subject to applicable obligations.
These terms may be updated when the product, business or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted by law.
13. Disputes and applicable law
Please contact the developer first at contact@amazealarm.com so a concern can be reviewed. Applicable law, mandatory consumer protections and competent courts remain determined by the rules that legally apply to the parties.
14. Contact
