AMaze Alarm is an alarm and sleep-audio app. It includes alarms, optional wake-up challenges, sleep audio features, widgets, and optional premium subscriptions.
Our goal is to minimize the amount of personal information we handle directly. Most alarm settings, challenge settings, and playback preferences are intended to work primarily on your device. Some features depend on Apple services, network access, or third-party content hosts.
We keep this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and support information available through our website so you can review them before and while using AMaze Alarm.
2. Information We Handle
Information you provide directly
- Support emails or feedback you send to us.
- Any information you choose to include in messages, screenshots, or attachments you send for support.
Information used to operate the app
- Alarm settings, challenge settings, sleep audio selections, playback preferences, progress, Sleep Analysis preferences, and related app preferences.
- If you grant Apple Health access, sleep-related data available through Apple Health may be read to generate Sleep Analysis insights.
- Subscription status and purchase entitlement state made available through Apple.
- Basic technical context needed for app operation, such as app version or device-related state used in support or diagnostics you choose to share.
Information we do not directly process for payments
All payments, subscriptions, billing, and payment credentials are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card information.
3. Permissions
Depending on the features you use, AMaze Alarm may request the following permissions:
- Notifications: to schedule and deliver alarms, reminders, and related alert flows.
- Camera: for challenge modes that require camera-based interaction.
- Motion & Fitness: for challenge modes that use motion-related input.
- Audio / Background Playback: to play alarm audio, sleep audio, and related media features.
- Health / Apple Health: used only if you choose to allow access, so AMaze Alarm can read available sleep-related data and provide more complete Sleep Analysis insights. AMaze Alarm does not use Health data for advertising and does not sell personal information.
You can manage permissions in your device settings at any time. Some features may not work correctly if the required permission is denied.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
AMaze Alarm may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium content, features, or playback modes. Subscription purchases are handled by Apple through In-App Purchase.
- Apple provides purchase processing, billing, and subscription management.
- We may receive limited information necessary to determine whether premium access is active.
- You can restore purchases using the in-app restore option and manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
If you subscribe, AMaze Alarm presents the current subscription details inside the app and provides access to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
5. Audio, Streaming, and External Sources
Some AMaze Alarm content may rely on remote catalogs, audio hosting, RSS feeds, or other external media sources. When you use those features, your device may connect to third-party servers in order to stream, download, or refresh content.
Those external providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, device request headers, and request timing as part of the normal delivery of internet content.
We recommend reviewing the privacy information of any third-party service whose content you access through the app.
7. Data Retention
Information stored locally in the app generally remains on your device unless you delete the app, clear the relevant data, or contact us regarding support information you voluntarily submitted.
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, troubleshoot, document prior issues, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service.

You can revoke app permissions in your device settings.
You can stop using premium features by cancelling your subscription through Apple.
